IN STOCK vs. ON DEMAND vs. CUSTOM ORDERS
Items marked ‘In Stock' on our site are in stock and ready to ship- they may be one of our standard styles, or a unique, one-of-a-kind item (as noted). Other items are our standard styles, made for you upon receipt of your order. Custom orders are unique items (different colors, materials or designs than our standard styles), made especially for you.

PROCESSING TIME
‘In Stock’ items can be shipped within a week of placement of your order. But in most cases, your hat will be made for you upon receipt of your order- processing time for completion of other items and custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks. If you need your item sooner than this or by a specific date, please contact me to see if it's possible.

SHIPPING
All shipments are sent through Laposte.com (the French postal system). International shipments are then handed off at the border and delivered by the national postal system of the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or additional taxes that may be charged on international shipments. All shipments are sent fully insured, with tracking- a tracking number will be provided to you along with shipment confirmation. Shipping times vary by country and are not fully under my control, please ask me for more specific information about shipping times to your address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Custom orders are not eligible for a return for refund. Returns are accepted for a refund on ‘In Stock’ items or standard styles, if the item is returned unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns must be pre-authorized and received within 30 days of delivery, please contact me for the return pre-authorization and the return address. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and for any loss or damage in transit, so insurance with tracking is recommended.
