Meet 'Viola'. This ladies top hat is made from glossy long-napped fur felt, polished to a high shine, and trimmed in vintage ribbon, a large bow, and hand-curled feathers. The Ringneck Pheasant feathers are overdyed to match the felt, leaving the feathers' natural markings and iridescence still showing through. Fully lined in silk taffeta or shantung, so it looks as beautiful on the inside as it does on the outside. Available in several color options.
 
This hat is one-size-fits-all. It measures about 9"/23cm long by 8"/20cm wide and 6"/15cm high. It perches forward on the head, held in place with a fabric-covered elastic and/or combs, so any size can wear it.
