Join us for a full day of guided shopping at the world-famous Garment District of Manhattan. This enormous shopping area contains thousands of suppliers selling everything imaginable for costuming and crafting, and normally takes *days* to navigate.  I have developed a specially curated list with costumers and hat-makers in mind, to visit only the best shops that specialise in gorgeous fabrics, trims, ribbon, beads, jewelry and supplies, and tools for your projects. Many of the shops on our itinerary are gems hidden on upper floors or are normally only open to professionals.

The tour will involve a lot of walking and standing, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes.

Tour hours: 10am-5pm, starting at Pret a Manger at 104 West 32nd street, betwen 6th and 7th avenues.

We will stop for lunch at mid-day at another Pret A Manger aong the way.

Lunch is not included in the price of the outing (we will each pay for our own meals).

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a workshop or session, a full refund will be given to each student. In case of cancellation by a student, notice of the cancellation must be sent by email to tricia@houseofnines.com no less than 72 hours before the start of the class in order to receive a refund.
